Opulent coral wedding flowers at Botleys
This 2014 wedding at Botleys Mansion is one of my favourite summer weddings from last year: a lovely coral wedding at Botleys Mansion, with a beautiful mix of luxurios displays in lovely shades of ivory, coral and pinky coral, offset by beautiful silver accessories which go so well with coral and cool off the colour so that it is elegant and stylish!
Joanne and Sam were a lovely couple to work with and totally put their trust in me. They wanted even more coral but took on board my advice that a little goes a long way and opted instead for a softer mix of ivory and coral. I am pleased to say they were thrilled with the results.
For her and the bridesmaids bouquets, Joanne chose a beautiful mix of ivory and coral paeonies, Avalanche, Miss Piggy and Vuvuzuella roses, the deep coral of the Miss Piggy roses and Coral Charm paeonies, being softly blended with the ivory by the beautiful shade of pinky coral of the Ecuadorian Vuvuzuella roses. The men wore buttonholes of coral pink Miss Piggy roses to match.
For this wedding at Botleys Mansion, we dressed the ceremony room very simply, with elegant silver candelabra centrepieces with dramatic bloomy displays of roses, hydrangeas, stocks, paeonies and lisianthus, dripping with elegant crystals. The ceremony table used coordinated silver vases to match the silver candelabras, and the aisle looked gorgeous with line ups of storm vases and fresh rose petal scatter. Welcoming guests to the venue was an amazing focal centrepiece on the round table in the entrance hall, around which the guests gathered just before.
After the champagne reception guests made their way to the light and airy atrium. For the wedding breakfast at this beautiful wedding at Botleys Mansion, Joanne and Sam wanted to create a really opulent look, with beautifully scented flowers everywhere. So we continued the theme from the ceremony room, with a mix of matching tall and lavish candelabra centrepieces, bursting with flowers and with an amazing summer scent, and low vase centrepieces on some of the tables and the long & low top table. I loved the table names made out of old LPs and the cute cake topper- clearly a rock & pop connection somewhere…
