Gelato shades of pink & chocolate at Great Fosters wedding
The mix of flowers from this Great Fosters pink & chocolate brown wedding theme, was a smooth blend of ivory, creams, pale pinks, peachy pinks and vintage pinks. Used to accent a peachy pink and chocolate colour scheme, the flowers remind us of tempting proper ice cream displays where all roads invariably lead to chocolate!
Hayley’s bridal bouquet was a mix of blush calla lilies, vintage pink Amnesia roses, La Belle roses, Sweet Avalanche roses and pink lisiathus and the bridesmaids carried slightly smaller versions of the bridal bouquet. The Orangery at Great Fosters was dressed simply but elegantly, framing the start and end of the aisle with tall guest table centrepieces placed on tall plinths styled with organza swags. For the ceremony table we created a long & low tank vase centrepiece full of roses, hydrangeas, sorbet pink LeRave lilies, lisianthus and chocolate brown aspidistra leaves, and thsi was flanked that by two smaller vases, all of which were later on reused to style the top table. The tall conical vase tablecentres used twisted chocolate wire adorned with orchids within the vases to make a feature of the vases too, and this looked beautiful through the light streaming into the room.
