Beautiful flowers and photos at Botleys Mansion wedding
This post is about some very on-trend ivory and blush vintage shades summer wedding flowers from a recent wedding at Botleys Mansion. They work so well in both the atrium and the ceremony room at Botleys Mansion, it is hard not to like them, they are really easy on the eye and very delicate. And I am so grateful to Robert Hooper Photography for sharing some of the lovely photography they shot at this recent summer 2014 wedding at Botleys.
For her bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets, to complement the bridesmaids pale sage and pale blush dresses, Nicki chose bloomy bouquets of ivory paeonies, blush pink Sweet Avalanche roses, vintage pink Memory Lane roses, scented freesias and silvery lambswool foliage.
For the entrance we created a tall centrepiece on the central table, and dressed the guests comments book table with a striking but simple display of hydrangeas immersed in water, with floating candles.
The venue centrepieces were all in matching oft shades and used a mix of roses, paeonies, hydrangeas and scented stocks, with not a single dark green leaf in sight. We used exclusively silvery green eucalyptus foliage, and echoed this with our beautiful silver vases and accessories throughout.
The ceremony table, the mantelpiece and the top table were all styled with series of flower posies in silver mercury glass vases, and the tall silver fluted vases made gorgeous and dramatic centrepieces flanking the ceremony area and dressing all guest tables. A classic lace detail cake was also styled with fresh roses in muted ivory and pink shades.
