Stunning white wedding at Botleys Mansion – Georgia & Josh
Where do I begin to describe this white wedding at Botleys Mansion other than to say it was really epic, inspirational, aspirational, simply gorgeous, mega and just about your perfect dream white wedding all things considered… The amazing photography was thanks to Studio Rouge whom we’ve worked with before at other venues, and this was the first time we got to see their work at a Botleys Mansion wedding. As always, it did not disappoint!!!
Georgia and John opted for a really pure white look with not a bit of foliage in sight for a really modern and clean cut look but so romantic and pretty at the same time, we wanted to avoid this becoming clinical and the mix of flowers was carefully selected to add frilliness and texture and soft the overall look.
Georgia carried a bouquet of white roses and hydrangeas, keeping it textural to echo the bridal dress which was beautifully fitted and lacy. The bridesmaids, all wearing the most delicate of blush dresses, carried lacy bouquets of hydrangeas and gypsophila.
The wedding ceremony was held in the beautiful airy Atrium glasshouse at Botleys Mansion and then the room was turned around for a wedding breakfast. The glasshouse is such a light and airy tall space that we advised Georgia to opt for dramatic tall displays to add a lot of impact high up. The 8 tall table centrepieces were used to amazing effect to first create the most iconic looking wedding aisle, with pairs of tall white floral vase centrepieces lining up the entire wedding aisle. Since this beautiful wedding white wedding at Botleys Mansion got a little bit of press, it has created somewhat of a trend for floral styling of the wedding aisle at Botleys. I’m often asked to recreate this gorgeous inspirational look and I’m not really surprised as it really was so magical…
Low down on the floor we added modern lanterns and rose petals scatter. The pièce de la résistance was our beautiful feature flower wall behind the ceremony area, acting as the perfect pure backdrop to the ceremony and later becoming an amazing statement backdrop for the top table.
Finishing touches were in abundance throughout with lots of candle lit votives on the tables, pretty favours and name tags, and our beautiful floral seating plan frame. The whole look for this white wedding at Botleys Mansion was pure elegance and attention to detail from the big things to the little things.
