These stunning nude blush pink wedding flowers at Great Fosters really struck a chord with me – I was very much looking forward to arranging Magda and Jose’s wedding flowers at Great Fosters. I think the vintage-style nude champagne-pink colour that Magda chose for her bridesmaids dresses, flowers, chair sashes and accessories was really beautiful. I suggested a soft mix of nude blush pink wedding flowers, with some really beautiful rose varieties such as Mentha, Talea, Sweet Avalanche and Safi. Working with such a lovely couple was the icing on the cake!
After that, Magda and Jose arrived back at Great Fosters for their wedding reception. The 2 candelabra centrepieces were brought back to be used behind the long top table framing the fireplace and creating a beautiful backdrop to the top table. The weather was simply amazing that day so the talented Carousel String Quartet , recommended musicians at Great Fosters, were able to play their lovely music on the garden patio.
We dressed the Tithe Barn with all tall and romantic candelabra centrepieces simply bursting with gorgeous blooms. For these nude blush pink wedding flowers we used a pretty mix of blousy hydrangeas, blush lisianthus, a mix of many beautiful ivory, cream, pale apricot and nude pink roses, and scatter rose petals around each candelabra. For the top table, we created a pretty, long and wilder style garland of foliage and flowers displays, with draping flowy ferns, trailing down over the edge of the table. We added our gorgeous vintage candle holders to provide beautiful candlelight and dotted silver vintage vases at the ready, in place to receive the bridesmaids bouquets, to keep them fresh til the next day and give even more flowers along the top table. The result was amazing – with the candles lit on all tables when guests were ready to come inside, the Tithe Barn looked simply magical.
