Blush & peach outdoor wedding at Coworth

Outdoor wedding at Coworth Park

This beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony at Coworth Park took place in the amazing meadow pavilion.  We had planned on a “good weather – bad weather” flexible plan. So whatever the weather, the flowers would work equally well, but luckily taking a chance on weather paid off in this case.  Poppy opted for a lovely vintage-style blend of ivory, blush and pale peach which looked and smelt divine.

The designs for these beautiful wedding flowers used tonnes of roses and hydrangeas for a really opulent look. For a soft hint of champagne and peach, there were touches of Gravity, Talea and Peach Avalanche roses, and these were mixed in with vintage two-tone hydrangeas, ivory hydrangeas, and beautiful Diana’s Memory dahlias.  For the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets there were also heavenly scented O’Hara roses and David Austin Patience roses, and gorgeous pale apricot-peach spray roses.  The men wore peach rose buttonholes while the groom wore a Talea rose buttonhole with astilbe and eucalyptus.

For the outdoor ceremony in the meadow pavilion at the back of Coworth Park, Blanca from Host With Style draped the pavilion to create a stunningly romantic backdrop for some amazing floral centrepieces.  Two dramatic urns framed the pavilion, and an opulent garland of blousy blooms including hydrangeas and lots of roses, ran along the whole length of the pavilion frontage.  Had the ceremony been forced to be inside these would have been used to dress the  ceremony area: the urns framing the ceremony table, the garland on the ceremony table.  Luckily the weather behaved beautifully. The finishing touches were pretty flower posies on the registrar’s table, hanging posies of flowers on the back of the aisle chairs, and lovely storm vases and petals down the aisle.

Moving on inside the Oval Room at Coworth Park, the two lovely urns were reused either side of the patio doors, to flank the top table. The tables were dressed mainly with tall vase centrepieces bursting with flowers.  The lovely mix of ivory hydrangeas, a multitude of ivory, blush and pale peach roses, scented stocks and no foliage at all created a really opulent look. It looked simply stunning and suited the beautiful neutral room perfectly.  The oval top table was styled with opulent rings of flowers around wide candles, with a long & low tank vase in between them, crammed with more beautiful blooms.  Our stunning mercury glass silver candleholders, raised tea light holders and vintage name card holders, added an even more luxurious touch to the wedding tables.
