Botleys Mansion glamorous ivory & vintage pink wedding flowers

A GLAMOROUS WEDDING WITH IVORY & NUDE PINK FLOWERS & ELEGANT CENTREPIECES

I met Joanne and Mehmet at one of Botleys supplier open days, and Joanne immediately feel in love with a recent all-white wedding that we had arranged flowers for and which she had seen on our website.  But As Joanne chose a beautiful shade of champagne-nude pink dresses for her bridesmaids dresses, she was keen to add a subtle hint of champagne cream and vintage pinks.   As time went on, the theme evolved nicely as Joanne wanted to bring in some art deco touches, so we opted for mirrored pedestal plinths, draping pearls and crystals to add a touch of vintage glamour.

For her own and the bridesmaids bouquets, Joanne opted for a mix of ivory Avalanche roses, palest cream Vendella roses, vintage Quicksand roses and spray roses and lisianthus.  The men wore Quicksand rose buttonhole with a touch of ivory spray roses.  A beautiful display matching the other tall venue centrepieces greeted guests as they came into the entrance hall at Botleys Mansion.  The ceremony room was dressed with two dramatic flower centrepieces bursting with hydrangeas and lots of roses, with draping crystals.  The ceremony table and the mantlepiece were styled with pretty little vases of flowers, floating candles in vases of pearls, and lots of rose petals scatter.   For the wedding aisle we showed Joanne how to make up pearl string chair backs and we completed the glamorous look with candle-lit storm vases and rose petals scatter along the aisle.

For the wedding breakfast in the Atrium, Joanne reused the tall centrepieces from the hall and ceremony room, adding another couple to make up the numbers, and chose to dress a few of the guest tables with beautiful vintage style low centrepieces, to make the room look more interesting as guests came in.  On the tables with low centrepieces, we clustered together low vases of flowers, our elegant mix of champagne and silver candle holders and tall votives and added pearls in the central taller vase of flowers.  I really loved this slightly cluttered look, with the candles lit, it was a really beautiful effect.
