Iconic all-white white wedding flowers at Botleys Mansion

Luxury all-white wedding at Botleys Mansion

Lauren and Sam’s all white wedding at Botleys Mansion absolutely rocked!  Many months went into the planning of this lovely wedding, and the results speak for themselves…

Lauren wanted a very pure all-white look, consistent throughout. She chose a neat, rounded dome bouquet with nearly white Alpes D’Huez roses (one of the whitest varieties of roses out there since very few flowers are truly Daz white!), mixed in with beautiful blousy peonies.   The bridesmaids carried matching bouquets of just Alpes D’Huez roses and the mens buttonholes were plain roses with white ribbon around the stem…  The little hint of green here and there was kept really minimal – we used  a little ivy trailing down from the welcome table urn display in the entrance foyer, also in the urns in the ceremony room and the two urns  framing the entrance door to Botleys.  We kept the greenery minimal, to give a really luxurious and opulent vibe to the whole decor.

For the all-white wedding ceremony, the effect of the floral urns framing our gorgeous flower wall was mind blowingly beautiful.  I’ve never seen the Green Room at Botleys look so amazing, and I know that I may be a teeny teensy bit biased here, but my opinion was backed up by all those who  saw it on the day.   From guests to fellow suppliers and all the way through to the venue staff (who must see their fair share of stunning weddings), all were speechless about  fabulous it looked – we had so many compliments.

The wedding aisle, dressed with gorgeous soft tule woven through white chiavari chairs, was lined with a dense scattering of white rose petals, and our gorgeous candlelit lanterns.  The beautiful aisle culminated with our amazing wedding floral wall, out for its first outing.  And what a debut it had!  As if that wasn’t enough of a statement, two amazingly grand all-white huge urns framed the ceremony and the flowerwall, and created a stunning backdrop for the beautiful couple.

For the ceremony table and the fireplace mantlepiece we created dome displays echoing the designs of the bridal bouquets, and accented these with petals scatter and more candlelight. Finally, when just when you think surely the amount of gorgeousness must come to an end… it goes on and carries on downstairs with the styling of the Atrium.   A drop dead gorgeous flowers-lined descent down the stairs into the atrium, welcomed guests to a sea of dramatic and very opulent glass vases topped with flower domes.  I created a fresh flowers floral frame for the seating plan and placed that at the end of the stairs – it looked absolutely fab… Finally, the top table was dressed with a matching long and dense runner of very bloomy flowers, lots of hydrangeas, roses, peonies and scented stocks, all crammed in close together and studded with tall stemmed votives and floating candles in clear vases.  This wedding was the perfect encapsulation of pure and modern luxury.
