Captivating Wedding Flowers – an outdoor wedding cerebration at Loseley Park
The enchanting allure of Loseley in Surrey set the perfect backdrop for Francesca and Harry’s long-awaited Loseley Park Outdoor Wedding. After weathering multiple postponements, Fran and Harry were finally able to exchange vows amidst the park’s idyllic scenery and bask in the summer sunshine. As their chosen wedding florist, we had the privilege of creating stunning floral arrangements that beautifully complemented their rustic BoHo wedding .
Loseley Park outdoor wedding ceremony
Fran’s desire for an outdoor ceremony brought a fresh wave of excitement for our team. Previous experiences at Loseley had always featured ceremonies inside the majestic Loseley House, making this a special opportunity for us. On the day, the weather could not have been more ideal, with wispy clouds barely offering respite from the warm sun. As the festivities unfolded, our team meticulously adorned the wedding pavilion with ethereal tulle drapery and added delicate flowers to its front, weaving together a picturesque setting. We also ensured that freshly watered floral displays lined the wedding aisle, praying that the sun would not wilt their beauty too quickly.
Stunning bridal and bridesmaids bouquets
The star of the show was undoubtedly Fran’s slightly oversized bouquet. Adorned with white and pale blush roses and spray roses, including the heavenly scented O’Hara garden roses, it exuded elegance and sophistication. The bridesmaids, forming the largest group we had seen in a while, held textural bouquets featuring white hydrangeas studded through with white spray roses, roses with delicate accents of lacy gypsophila and eucalyptus. Together, the bridal party was a vision of romantic floral charm.
Rustic barn reception
Following the gorgeous Loseley Park outdoor wedding ceremony, drinks, canapés, and relaxed photography by the pond and picturesque grounds, the party transitioned to the rustic barn at Loseley Park for an enchanting reception. The beautifully decorated tables welcomed guests with elegant gold candelabras brimming with blooms, creating so much floral impact. The top table, in particular, was adorned with the bridesmaids’ bouquets, gracefully lining the front and emanating a delightful fragrance. Continuing the ethos of minimizing waste, Fran ingeniously repurposed the pavilion floral displays to dress the upper beams in the barn, providing a stunning backdrop for both the cake cutting and the top table.
