Blush & beautiful Coworth Park Wedding Flowers

Vanessa & Christiano started planning their wedding with us just before lock-downs and were one of the first few weddings after the world of weddings returned back to normal. Beautifully timed to not have to go through postponements, the wedding was a real joy to work on and the flowers were a gorgeous blend of ever popular ivory and blush.

Vanessa and her bridesmaids opted for handtied bouquets of ivory, cream and pale blush roses and lacy gypsophila, which looked perfect with their lace-embellished dresses.

The ceremony and reception were both held in the gorgeously light and airy Oval Room at Coworth, a neutral modern backdrop to the pretty florals. Opulent domes of ivory and pale pink hydrangeas, roses, lisianthus and gypsophila were used to first create a really romantic wedding aisle, with rose petals connecting them, and two flower meadows framing the back of the aisle. Stealing the show at the front of the ceremony and crating a stunning backdrop for Vanessa and Christiano as they said their vows, were two beautiful grand floral urns bursting at the seam with fabulous hydrangeas and roses, and clusters of vases dressed the ends of the ceremony table.

After a quick hair & make up touch up for Vanessa, the newlyweds joined their guests upstairs, for drinks in the serene and beautifully landscaped gardens, while the Oval Room was turned around ready for the wedding breakfast. The couple opted to have a cosy sweetheart top table, styled with a stunning candle-lit floral runner, and the grand urns, carefully moved, created a beautiful backdrop as they took their seats to join their guests. The romantic candlelight was extended to all the guest tables, where the lavish flower domes from the wedding aisle were cleverly repurposed, surrounded by floating candles and votives.

We loved working on this beautiful wedding and were delighted that it marked the return to unlimited guests and love unrestricted. A true celebration of love through a difficult time, Vanessa and Christiano’s gorgeous wedding at Coworth Park, captured by Selen photography, marked a symbolic new beginning for them and couples all around.
