Wintry Silver White Wedding at Great Fosters
I loved the this fab winter wedding at Great Fosters last November, with cool silver & white flowers and silver glassware accents, and the set of lovely photos courtesy of Sofie Hughes Wedding Photography, brought it all back in a flash.
Vicky, her bridesmaids and cute flowers girls all carried very pretty wintry bouquets of white roses, spray roses, ranunculus and gypsophila with accent silvery grey brunnia berries to link in with their beautiful lilacey grey dresses. Jason and his groomsmen wore matching buttonholes of white roses and silver brunnia berries.
The single-minded silver and white monochrome theme carried on throughout the venue flowers and centrepieces too, with tall silver vase centrepieces of roses, hydrangeas, gypsophila and lisianthus being used to dress the ceremony room, and then afterwards, the central guest tables in the Tithe Barn. Under the eaves, the few tables here were dressed with clusters of silver vase centerpieces with our tall stemmed votives and pillar candle holders, with extra votives and interesting layering of pearls within the central vases.
As a contrast to the beautifully white and silver monochrome theme, I especially love the shot of Ian Pompei (MOC often spotted at Great Fosters) in his colourful red outfit while he is beckoning the beckoning the bridal party! I hope you enjoy Sofie’s beautiful photos!
