As we are experienced florists not just stylists, we can also take care of your wedding party flowers such as bouquets and buttonholes, hair flowers, corsages and such like. This means a unique one-stop solution to all your wedding flowers and venue decor needs, all under one roof.

While wedding party flowers are a significant part of every bride’s wedding flowers budget, the ceremony (be this a church or a civil ceremony) and the venue flowers and decor including the table centrepieces, will be what most of your budget will need to go on since they typically use far more flowers, to dress big spaces. This is where the costs usually start adding up, especially if you have a lot of guests and guest tables and if you are needing to dress the ceremony space as well as the wedding tables.

Our displays are designed to work hard throughout the different stages of the day – first used in the ceremony and then again in your reception. Then, we use high quality silk flowers displays that are available in ivory as standard, and customise it with other colour accents just for you as needed. This results in stunning large displays that if they were made from fresh flowers alone would cost a fortune, but because they are faux we can refresh them for future weddings and you get more bang for your buck. We also love them because they are super sustainable for the planet.

What does the Surrey wedding flowers package include?

In a little more detail, our wedding flowers package includes: choice of impressive silk statement ceremony backdrop pieces, plenty of guest table centrepieces and 4 plinths to use some of the tall table centrepieces for the ceremony if you wish, taking care of all the big things you might need. It also includes a beautiful fresh flowers long & low display for the altar/ceremony table, which can be later reused on the long top table, 10 gypsophila chair / pew end posies for the wedding aisle, along with fresh rose petal scatter and 8 romantic candlelit lanterns for the wedding aisle. We add a handy post box on hire for your wedding cards, so that you’ve got your wedding decor essentials all taken care of. Of course, you will need to add your wedding flowers bouquets, buttonholes and corsages, and we can create some beautiful ones for you, and we are also able to add anything else that you might need to your order, such as flowers for signage, hair flowers, cake flowers etc. But at least the expensive essentials are taken care off and with that comes a lot of peace of mind.

Where is the package available for?

We are based in Surrey and the offer is available subject to availability, to weddings within around a half an hour’s travel from our base in Surrey. This will cover all areas in Surrey such as Egham, Chertsey, Walton, Weybridge, Esher, Woking, Camberley, Frimley, Guildford, Dorking, Horsley, Wisley, Epsom. As we are on the county line with Berkshire and South West London Borough of Richmond we also cover Twickenham, Hampton, Richmond-Upon-Thames and Kingston Upon Thames. We frequently do weddings in Farnham and Yateley which are on the Surrey Hampshire border so we can also cover these areas.

What size wedding will the wedding flowers package cover?

Our £1500 package offer is designed to suit weddings up to 70 guests, seated on a top table and up to another 6 guest tables. Our £1750 package offer is designed to suit weddings up to 130 guests, seated on a top table and up to another 12 guest tables. If you are planning for more guests and therefore more tables, you can of course add additional centrepieces to your order and we can let you know how much this will be. If you have less tables, the spare flowers can usually be put to good use to style key areas of your venue, to elevate your wedding even more, but if this is not suitable, we can offer substitutions to make it best suit your wedding.

What will I get for my ceremony?

The package includes some gorgeous focal wedding flowers for your ceremony. You have a choice of 2 flower arches – a pretty classic flower arch or a Moongate floral arch with beautiful silk flowers, OR a couple of statement floral urns, which can be either used behind the ceremony area to give you a stunning backdrop, or can be used at the back of the wedding aisle. They can even be combined if you want to include more, such as having the arch at the front and urns at the back, we can add this as an extra to your package at an extra cost.

If your wedding ceremony is at a church, you will probably be best using the 2 dramatic urn displays at the front of your ceremony area, as most churches won’t allow freestanding arches in front of the altar. But if you are panning on a civil ceremony or a blessing then the choice is totally yours and we can of course advise you what will look best at your chosen venue.

It will dress the church altar or ceremony table with the long & low displays, and then nicely dress the aisle with our beautiful lanterns, gypsophila aisle posies and rose petals scatter.

What will I get for my wedding breakfast and wedding reception?

The wedding flowers packages and offer also include the hire of 6 tall guest table centrepieces and for the £1750 package also an additional 6 low guest table centrepieces, as well as 4 plinth stands so that the tall displays can be first used to further dress the venue during the ceremony, for example dressing the wedding aisle. The way you use the package contents is so flexible, you can create your very own personal look to reflect your own style. Here are some combinations you can consider:

wedding arch or wedding urns (whichever you choose) at the front and 4 tall displays on plinths down the aisle.
2 tall displays on plinths at the front and 2 at the back, and the wedding arch or the pair of urns framing an entrance to your ceremony room.
wedding arch or wedding urns (whichever you choose) at the front and 2 tall displays on plinths at the back of the aisle, behind the last row of seats.

How much does the Surrey wedding flowers package cost?

You get all this for an amazing £1500 or £1750 depending on how many guest table centrepieces you require, which is well well under half the price of the equivalent fresh flowers wedding flowers package and usually lower than most good florists’ minimum spend.

What does the package not include?

The bridal party flower are not included, but we would be delighted to work with you to come up with designs for bouquets and buttonholes and mums corsages, along with hair circlets, flower girls’s flowers or anything else that you might need. It also doesn’t include fresh flowers for the cake or wedding signs, but again, we are very happy to assist and provide these for you and they can be added as an extra to your package.

Delivery, collection and set up are not included in the package costs as this is dependent on where you are having your wedding. This cost is typically fairly small. Let us know where you are planning to have your wedding and we can advise what these logistical costs will be, so that there will be no surprises.
